The prices do not contain towels, bed linen and final cleaning.
The prices are containing water, gas, power, heating and visitor’s tax.

* Only two persons in the summer. A further person (adult / child) ist not possible at this time.

Summer – discount


1 week  = 400 €
2 weeks = 760 € instead of 800 €
3 weeks = 1120 € instead of 1200 €
4 weeks = 1480 € instead of 1600 €

Price per night

For 2 people, only available from October to end of March


2 nights = 125 €
3 nights = 170 €
4 nights = 205 €
5 nights = 225 €
6 nights = 240 €

Optional:

  • Online additional person (adult or child) in the off season (from Oktober to end of March): 50 € per week
  • Bed lines per stay for 2 persons: 15 €
  • Bed lines, towels and dish towels per stay für 2 persons: 30 €
  • Final cleaning: 30 €
  • Animals: 2 Euros per day. Your dog is welcome – if he doesn’t bark, sleeps in the bed oder damages the furnitures. By reason of hygiene, we ask for treat the dog against fleas and ticks.

More informations

After we received your reservation, we will send a contract – per Email or post. Please send us the undersigned contract back and make the down payment (25% of the rental price). The rest of the rental price has to be payed at your arrival.
